Rubber Lined and Bag Filter Systems

RUBBER LINED FILTER SYSTEMS All CAMAC Rubber Lined Filters are ruggedly constructed to provide long life with minimum maintenance under hard continuous service. These job-proven units are completely lined and prohibit solution-to-metal contact. CAMAC Rubber Lined centrifugal pumps, with non-clogging open impellers, are matched to each filter to provide the best in service and operating efficiency.

Filters are equipped with your choice of monofilament sleeves (for precoat) polypro felt sleeves, wound polypro cartridges or polypro bags, utilizing flow reversal for high capacity solids collection. All CAMAC Filter Systems can be purchased to operate with the carbon cartridge or without. Existing CAMAC Filter Systems presently in operation in the field, can be easily converted to suit all your needs.

The system filters and/or carbon treats solution with granular carbon packs or precoated powdered carbon and filter aid. All systems are available with slurry systems, for chemical make-up, pump priming and precoating.

Optional water backwashing capabilities combined with the slurry system reduce
downtime and media waste disposal.


BAG FILTER SYSTEM
METAL FINISHING AND WASTE TREATMENT APPLICATIONS

Utilizing CAMAC's complete line of plastic and steel rubber lined units, the Bag Filter design series is achieved by reversing the flow through the chamber and removing the tube from CAMAC's patented tube and sleeve configuration. Modifying the sleeve to a bag only, this design enables existing units in the field to be readily converted.

Bag Filters offer several benefits. By using a series of bags rather than one large bag, CAMAC increases the filtration surface area. This allows for high capacity and long service life, while decreasing the physical dimensions, maintenance and cost of the filter. (Certain models available with single bag design).

Filter bags are rated up to 100 microns and are combustible.
This allows for incineration of the bag and its contents for easy disposal.
